About our Agency
I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience and passion to build my own agency. I'm a graduate of Valdosta State University, a lifelong resident of the Middle Georgia area, married with two children, and enjoy golfing, the outdoors, and baseball.
Being involved in our community is important to me. Our agency actively participates in two to three local events each month, and we enjoy building relationships while supporting the downtown community we proudly serve.
Our agency offers a Simple IRA, a flexible work environment, professional development opportunities, and regular team-building events. I'm committed to investing in my team's success and creating opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
